Let me just start out by saying that if you experience phobias or other intense fears of social situations, circumstances, and/or objects then you are best advised to seek specialist professional advice for long-term benefit. Dealing constructively with phobias is beyond the limits of the self-care guidance available here.
Having raised that caution, you might benefit from reading through the 'Anxiety Fears' section to gain some insight into how fear can come to dominate our emotional landscape. Even just becoming aware of some of the tricks that our mind can play on us can begin a process of healing and may point to some personal insights that will allow you to put your own fears into perspective and understand/manage them more effectively.
There are some forms of sensory sensitivity that can be thought of as phobias, such as sound-overwhelm, revulsion around hearing other people eating, certain types of lighting, and so on. Again, these require specialist support well beyond the self-care methods available here. There are numerous self-support methods that can be found, particularly from groups supporting neuro-atypical (autism, ADHD, bipolar, HLP, etc..) children and adults.
