How to Deal With Anything

1. Tell the Truth About the Situation.
Write a list of your truths – be ruthless and keep asking yourself if this is really and absolutely true, change anything that is not.
2. Acknowledge Your Strengths.
List what you hold to be true about yourself.
3. Make Choices.
DO something – it does not have to be big nor even directly related to the situation, this is about you standing up for yourself and what you believe in.
4. Acknowledge Yourself.
Recognise what you have just done, remind yourself what it took from you to get to this point, and tell yourself well done.
5. Restart or Move on.
Make a clear choice to move on to something new or to go round the loop again – as many times as it takes.
