Clinical hypnotherapy is basically the combination of hypnosis with powerful therapeutic methods and approaches. Hypnosis allows more direct involvement of the subconscious mind to make the therapy even more effective. A free initial consultation is given and only when you are happy that hypnotherapy is right for you do you proceed at a pace that suits you. Sessions normally cost £60. Double sessions from £100. All-in-One sessions cost from £150.
During the free consultation, which typically lasts around 40 minutes, you will find out about clinical hypnotherapy and what alternatives your therapist can offer to help you with a wide range of possible issues (see below). You can share as much or as little about what it is that you want from therapy although the more you are prepared to share the more focussed the therapy can be.
